Returns And Cancellations

All bespoke sales are final. There are NO returns, exchanges, refunds, or transferred credits on bespoke/customised item sold at Clare Mullo. Orders may be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours after the order is originally placed. 

 

We offer returns, exchanges and refunds for items from our ready to wear collection that have not been customised. Returns are valid up to 14days after reciept of items. 

 

Sizing

Before the order has been placed,  please review the order to ensure that the style, size and colour are correct. Garment size is recommended based on our size chart and the measurements taken at Clare Mullo.

 

 

Clare Mullo is NOT responsible for measurements taken by anyone other than Clare Mullo. You are encouraged to take an active part in the measurement process. If you feel uncomfortable with the measurements taken or believe them to be incorrect, inform Clare Mullo immediately, before signing this contract, and you will be re-measured.

 

You may order a different size than the size recommended by the Calre Mullo. Clare Mullo is NOT responsible for the fit of the garment should you choose a size other than our recommendation. 

 

Clare Mullo is NOT responsible for the additional costs incurred, including, but not limited to: alterations or additional materials due to weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy or surgery. 

Bride’s Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the bride to identify whether she plans to lose weight in the notes section of the online ordering page, and to send Clare Mullo the updated measurements six months before the wedding if so.

 

Clare Mullo makes generic sizes for the ready to wear collections and it is the Bride’s responsibility to get alterations / tweaks once she has received the dress if need be. 

Shipping

Special order garments require at least three months for production. All shipping dates are approximate. Clare Mullo reserves the right to change a shipping date based on their production schedule.

 

Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, the order cannot be expedited or rushed. Shipping may be upgraded at the manufacturer’s discretion. Additional fees may apply, payable by purchaser.

 

Any remaining balance on special ordered merchandise is to be paid in full within 48 hours of notification of receipt of your order by Clare Mullo. Orders must be paid in full before being shipped from Clare Mullo.

Inspection And Pickup

 The named contact person, as specified on the original order, will be notified of the arrival of the merchandise. Garments must be inspected by the bride or named contact for any manufacturer flaws or discrepancies within 14 business days after arriving at Clare Mullo.

 

Clare Mullo will NOT release any merchandise to anyone other than the named contact without prior authorisation. If the named contact is unable to pick up the merchandise, the name of an alternate authorised pickup person must be provided.

 

If the event date stated in the original order changes for any reason, it is the responsibility of the bride or the named contact person to notify Clare Mullo. Merchandise must be inspected before leaving the store. After the merchandise is removed Calre Mullo it is no longer responsible for the care or condition of the item.
